Equipment 

The purpose of this feature is to track equipment for payment of property taxes. 

In the Supply Inventory window, click Equipment.

Use the SN/Descript/Loc box to filter the list by serial number, description or location.  To search for equipment purchased on a specific date or date range, enter the dates in the Date Range fields, then click Refresh. Use the Purchased, Sold, or All radio buttons to further filter the equipment view.

Click Add to enter a new equipment item, or double click an item to edit.

The serial number is automatically generated.  You can physically label the equipment with the serial number for better tracking.  The serial number field can also be cleared or replaced with a different serial number.
