Insurance Answers Plus  

This is a separate program available from www.insuranceanswersplus.com. This is a database of insurance coverage organized by employer and plan.

Here are the installation instructions.

Step 1: Install EZ2000 Plus Dental.  Make sure you are on EZ2000 Plus Dental version 7.0.41 or later.

Step 2: Install IAPlus.  Make sure you are on version 10 (unknown whether it works for versions greater than 10; 11/17/2011)

Step 3: Copy iaplus10.dll (right click, Save Target As... ) to your C:\Program Files\EZ2000PlusDental\  folder.   You may also need to download a new iaplus10.dll.  The new one was posted 7/5/2010.

Once you have installed the program, enable the Program Link in Open Dental. In the Main Menu, click Setup, Program Links.  Double click on Insurance Answers Plus.  Check the Enabled box, verify the Path of file to open, then click OK.  The IAP button will appear on the Edit Insurance Plan window.

Troubleshooting
Try running EZ as administrator.

A common error is "File not found..."  Check all three steps above to resolve this error.
