Printer Setup  

Here you can set default print options for the workstation you are currently working on. For most computers, it is recommended that you can leave everything to the default.  For heavily used computers, you can have control over where things are printed.

In the Main Menu, click File, Printer.

For each category, you can select a different printer option.  Click the dropdown arrow to select.  The Default selection will be used for categories that have 'default' as the selection. 

Prompt:  When checked, every time you print, a window will show so you can verify where to print and select other options.  When unchecked, items are printed directly.

Simple Interface:  Check this box to view a simplified version of this window.
