Security User Groups

Every User is part of a user group, and each user group has a certain set of Permissions that allow/block access to certain features and functionality. For example dental assistants may be one user group, and billers another user group.

To create a new user group, follow these steps.

1.  On the Security window, click Edit Groups.

2.  Click Add, or double click an existing group to edit.

3.  Enter the user group name, then click OK.

Once user groups are created, add Users.  Once users are created and assigned to user groups, assign the Permissions each group will have access to on the Security window.
