EHR Vaccine Setup

Vaccines must be defined before they can be entered for patients.  Before vaccines can be defined, you must import CVX codes (Code Systems Import) and set up Drug Manufacturers.

1. In the Main Menu, click Setup, EHR, then click Vaccine Def.

2. Click Add, or double click an existing vaccine to edit.

3. Enter the vaccine information.
   1. Click [...] to select a CVX code.
   2. Enter the Vaccine Name.
   3. Click the drop down arrow to select the Drug Manufacturer.
   4. Click OK to save.
