Lab Slips

Set up and customize Lab Case slips in Sheet Setup.  This is typically done by scanning the slip provided by the lab and using it as a background image for the Sheet.  Other required elements are placed on top, such as instructions, due date, and license number.  To set a default slip for each dental lab, see Edit Lab Case.  View a patient's lab slips in their Chart and Account module.  Lab slips support Digital Signatures. 

To create a lab slip, on the patient's Edit Lab Case window, click New Slip.  Fill Out and send the slip.  Below is an example of a generic lab slip Sheet included with EZ2000 Plus Dental.
