PPO Writeoffs Report  

If you use the PPO Percentage Plan Type, use the PPO Writeoffs report to compare write-offs with regular fees.

In the Main Menu, click Reports.  In the Monthly section, click PPO Writeoffs.

Calendar:  In the first calendar select the start date.  In the second calendar select the end date.

Individual Claims: Report write-offs by individual claim.

Group by Carrier:  Report total write-offs by carrier. To filter the report, enter carrier name.

Show Insurance Writeoffs:  Select the date used to apply writeoffs.  The default option is selected in Report Setup.  See also PPO.
- Use insurance payment date:  Apply write-offs to production when the Insurance Payment is made.
- Use procedure date: Apply write-offs to production immediately on the day of service.

Click OK to generate the report.
