Procedures Not Billed to Insurance Report  

This report generates a list of procedures that someone forgot to send to insurance.  It will only show procedures for patients who have a dental Insurance Plan added in the Family module.  Medical plan procedures will not show.

In the Main Menu, click Reports.  In the Monthly section, click Procedures Not Billed to Ins.

Select the start date in the first calendar.  Select the end date in the second calendar.  To include patient numbers with the names in the report, in Reports Setup select 'Show PatNum: Aging, OutstandingIns, ProcsNotBilled:'.

Click OK to generate the report.

All procedures on this list should either be billed to insurance, or marked 'not covered by ins' in the Procedure Edit window.
