ASAP List 

The ASAP list is for patients who have an Appointment scheduled, but would like to come in sooner if an opening becomes available.

To view a list of patients who have an ASAP status, on the Appointment List window click ASAP.

Double click an appointment to open the Edit Appointment window where you can make Comm Log notes, change the Status, or send the appointment to the Pinboard for scheduling.

Filter options:  Narrow the list by specific criteria.  Click Refresh to update the list.
- Provider: Only view appointments for a specific Provider.
- Clinic: Only view appointments for a specific Clinic.
- Site: Only view appointments for a specific Site.

Print List:  Print the list as it appears on-screen.

Send Appointments to the ASAP List
To send appointments to this list, on the Edit Appointment window select ASAP as the Status. 
To remove an appointment from the list, double click it, then change the Status to Scheduled. 

In Appointment Views, ASAP status can also be set to show in the Appointment box on the schedule.
