Chart - Draw Tab  

Use the Draw tab in the Chart module to draw freehand on the Graphical Tooth Chart.  It is possible to draw using the mouse, but is more difficult and a steady hand is needed.  It is much faster to draw if you are using a touch screen such as a Tablet PC. There is no way to hide the drawings.  They will always show, so use them sparingly.

Colors:  The colors listed under Set Colors are those set up in Definitions, Chart Graphic Colors.  The currently selected color shows under the Color Changer option. To select a color, click on it.  To choose a color that isn't shown, click Other to open the Color window.  Click on the color then click OK.

Pointer: Use the mouse as a pointer and select teeth as you normally would.  Drawing is not turned on.

Pen: Turn the mouse into a pen.  To draw, click and drag the mouse on the chart.  Each continuous line is considered one object.  This is useful for drawing cracks, abscesses, lingual arch wires, etc.

Eraser: Turn the mouse into an eraser. To erase, click and drag on an object. The entire object will be erased at once.

Color Changer:   Turn the mouse into a color change so you can change the color of a previously drawn line (object).  Select the new color, then single click on an existing line (object) to change it.
