Daily Writeoffs Report  

By using the PPO Percentage Plan Type when you setup an Insurance Plan, you can use the Daily Writeoffs Report to see writeoffs by patient for a single date or specific date range.  You can optionally filter by provider and clinic.

In the Main Menu, click Reports.  In the Daily section, click Writeoffs.

Calendar:  In the first calendar select the start date.  In the second calendar select the end date.  Since this is a daily report, you typically only run a single date, but you can also include as large of a date range as you wish.

Providers: Highlight the Providers to include in the report. Press Ctrl while clicking to select multiple providers, or click All to select all providers.

Show Insurance Writeoffs:  Select when to apply writeoffs.  The default option is selected in Report Setup.  See also PPO.
- Use insurance payment date:  Apply writeoffs to production when the Insurance Payment is made.
- Use procedure date: Apply writeoffs to production immediately on the day of service.

Clinics:  Select the clinics to include in the report.  This only shows if Clinics is enabled in Show Features.

Click OK to generate the report.
