Toolbar 

There is a menu toolbar at the top of the EZ2000 Plus Dental regardless of which Module you are in. The toolbar menu is always accessible.

Select Patient: See Select Patient

Commlog: See Commlog.  A general purpose log of all patient communications.

E-mail: Only enabled if the current Patient has an email address entered.  Click the main button to send an E-mail to the patient. Click the dropdown to send an e-mail to a Referral.

Text Messages: Only enabled if the current Patient has a wireless cell number and Yes is selected for Text Messages.  Works with CallFire. You can also send text messages from Appointment Edit and Confirmations List.

Letter:  Click the main button to create a Patient Letter.  Click the dropdown to create a Referral Letter to a Referral source, or to Merge Letters.

Forms: See Patient Forms.

To Task List: Sends the current patient to a Task List of your choice.  Only works if the task list is set ahead of time to be a Patient type.

Label: Click the main button to create a patient mailing Label.  Click the dropdown to select other label formats, labels for insurance Carriers, and labels for Referrals.
